30 min Yoga

felt great to stretch out. legs are feeling alarmingly good (other than going down stairs). that’s good news/bad news. bad news being i second guess whether i worked as hard as i thought i was working during the race. on the other hand i have been pretty good about doing post race recovery work such as ice, stretch, staying active, etc.
