race warmup then 1 x 2k with racing start but at low stroke rate - rest 10 minutesĀ - then 1k with start settle to base race pace - rest 10 minutes - 1k with rolling start to base race pace then race sprint sequence for last 500m.
overall a mediocre row. the boat as a whole felt flat with not much power.
