(1′ on 1′ off x 10) x 2 w/ 5′ rest between sets. stroke rate for minute on 28-30spm.
i had planned on doing this at lower rates so as to keep this more in line with my “base building” phase but i ended up doing it at the prescribed higher rates. i was out with a friend and it’s just hard not to want to keep up. i’m heading out of town for the weekend and i’ll keep everything long(ish) and slow.
