the fact that i got out of bed (it’s cold here in seattle right now so it’s particularly hard) and went to the pool is proof that i’m crazy. further proof is that even though i swim about a mile a week, and will quit the minute i can run again, i did some research on swim technigue and am visualizing how to making some technical changes.
this rest period is going along fine. i have the ability to work extremely hard but i’m also really good at being lazy. go big or go home…
i put together a recovery plan for my achilles tendonitis that seems to be coming along just fine.
