It looks like you are doing tri training, maybe when your foot heals you can throw together your triathlon after all!

Are yu aying that I should not attempt to increase my VOmax to 50? Does itmatter which type of events I plan to do? Is 50 better for 50 miles and better LT is for shorter…..give me more info
