stretching/body rolling ball/massage

good long session w/ Lynn Marie at seattle running company. she does excellent work with the yamuna body rollling ball and manual massage.

from head to toe the muscles on the right side of my body are crazy tight and consequently weak and most likely the source of my ankle problems. i’ve got a list of a dozen things that could be the cause which doesn’t really matter as much as undoing the many years of damage.

Hey Andrea. I see you are injured and taking a running break. Just hang in there and keep cross-training. When will you be able to get back out there?

What exactly is a yamuna body rolling ball? And how does it work? I have never heard of that. I actually visited a true running store the other day while in Austin, Texas registering my daughter for university. It was amazing all of the paraphernalia I had never heard of. Austin is our running/cycling mecca of Texas–the whole Lance Armstrong thing. Hope you are feeling okay.
