The thing I like about doing this every week is that I feel different challenges each week. Since my quads and back were tired from yesterday’s row I really felt it in certain poses.

Hey Andrea–I thought about you during the Olympics when I was watching the rowing!! I ran my race on Sunday in Dallas. It was great. Check my blog. On the flip side of life, my daughter had her first day of university yesterday–she called in the afternoon and I detected some homesickness! We moved her in last Friday. My son is missing his sister big time (he started grade 10). Are your girls in school yet? Have a wonderful Labor Day Weekend. We will just sit around the pool and sweat!!
