obliques on ball
pull ups
lunges w/ 25lb weight
plank
bent over row w/ 45lb bar
squats w/ 45lb bar
push ups w/ feet on ball
back extensions over ball
box jumps
sit ups on ball

Thanks for commenting! I am now back in the boat, and headed out for 10k this morning. It’s starting to get cold here (50 degrees feels cold after all that beautiful warmth last week) but the wind is calmer so life is good!
